I got super excited on Sunday when I walked outside to find that it was warm enough to bust out the flip flops! Apparently we weren't the only ones to think that either. We headed out to Greenlake Park to enjoy the sun and sights and have a little subway picnic in the grass. It's about a 3 mile walk around the whole thing and there were a ton of people out running, walking, biking, skating, and all kind of other sports in the grass too. There were even a few crazy people swimming in the lake. I'm not sure the water was quite warm enough for that though. But I was thoroughly excited to be wearing a skirt and some flip flops and it made me think that summer is on the way!
